أثر التعليم الجامعي على نيةإنشاء مؤسسة ناشئة للطلبة الجامعيين

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التعليم الجامعي بنية انشاء مؤسسةناشئة للطلاب بالجامعات ،فبعد معالجة أهم الجوانب النظرية والدراسات السابقة ،ومن هذا المنطلق ، قمنا بدراسة ميدانية شملت عينة تتكون (80) طالب لجامعة الشماذلي بن جديد العام الدراس2023ي-2024كوسيلة لجمع ، حيث استخدم نما الاستبيان المعلومات التي تمت معالجتها بمجموعة من الاساليب الاحصمائيةباستخدام برنامجspss،حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الطالب يتمتعون بدرجةعاليةمن نية إنشاء مؤسسة ناشئةكما تبين أن التعليم الجامعي من خلال مهنته و عبر مكوناته لهاتاثير إيجابي على نية إنشاء مؤسسةناشئة. This study aims to know the impact of university education on the intention to establish a startup institution for university students – after addressing the most important theoretical aspects and previous studies, and from this point of view, we conducted a field study that included a sample consisting of (80) students at Al- chadli Ben jdid University, the academic year 2023-2024, where we used as the method of collecting information that was processed with a set of statistical methods using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed that students have a high degree of intention to establish an emerging institution, and it was also found that university education through its relevance and other components has a positive impact on the intention to establish an emerging institution.
