دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تنامي ظاهرة العنف في الملاعب

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تهدف الدراسة الحالية الي الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وانتشار مظاهر العنف الرياضي داخل الملاعب وخارجها، خاصة في اوساط فئة الشباب والمشجعين. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في ظل التطور الكبير الذي عرفته وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، وما صاحبها من تاثيرات اجتماعية وثقافية ونفسية على سلوك الافراد والجماعات. ركزت الدراسة على تحليل الكيفية التي تساهم بها منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، مثل Facebook في نشر الخطابات التحريضية والتعصب الرياضي، من خلال تداول المنشورات والتعليقات والصور والفيديوهات التي تثير الكراهية بين الجماهير الرياضية، مما يؤدي الى تصاعد السلوك العدواني والعنف في الملاعب. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ، باعتباره الانسب لدراسة الظاهرة وتحليل ابعادها الاجتماعية والاتصالية، مع استخدام اداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة من الشباب المشجعين للفرق الرياضية. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها ان مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي اصبحت فضاء خصبا لنشر التعصب الرياضي والشائعات والخطابات الاستفزازية، وان التفاعل المكثف مع المحتويات العنيفة يسهم في تشكيل اتجاهات عدوانية لدى بعض المشجعين، خاصة في ظل غياب الرقابة وضعف الوعي الاعلامي والثقافة الرياضية. كما بينت النتائج ان الانتماء الشديد للاندية الرياضية والتاثر بالمحتوى المتداول إلكترونيا يعدان من أبرز العوامل المؤدية الى تنامي ظاهرة العنف في الملاعب. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، اوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز التوعية الاعلامية والثقافة الرياضية لدى الشباب، وتشديد الرقابة على الصفحات والمحتويات المحرضة على العنف، اضافة الى تفعيل دور المؤسسات التربوية والاعلامية والرياضية في نشر قيم التسامح والروح الرياضية، مع سنّ قوانين تحد من التجاوزات الالكترونية المرتبطة بالمجال الرياضي.

Abstract The current study aims to explore the relationship between the use of social media platforms and the spread of sports violence both inside and outside stadiums, particularly among youth and sports fans. This research is contextualized within the rapid development of modern communication technologies and their subsequent social, cultural, and psychological impacts on the behavior of individuals and groups. The study focused on analyzing how social media platforms, such as Facebook, contribute to the dissemination of inflammatory rhetoric and sports fanaticism. This occurs through the circulation of posts, comments, photos, and videos that incite hatred among sports audiences, ultimately leading to an escalation of aggressive behavior and stadium violence. A descriptive methodology was adopted, as it is the most suitable approach for investigating this phenomenon and analyzing its social and communicative dimensions. A questionnaire was utilized as the primary data collection tool, administered to a sample of young sports fans. The study yielded several key findings, most notably that social media has become a fertile ground for spreading sports fanaticism, rumors, and provocative rhetoric. Furthermore, intensive interaction with violent content helps shape aggressive attitudes among certain fans, especially given the lack of moderation and the low levels of media literacy and sports culture. The results also indicated that extreme loyalty to sports clubs and susceptibility to digital content are major factors driving the rise of stadium violence. In light of these findings, the study recommends enhancing media awareness and sports culture among the youth, as well as tightening oversight on pages and content that incite violence. Additionally, it emphasizes the need to activate the role of educational, media, and sports institutions in promoting values of tolerance and sportsmanship, alongside enacting legislation to curb cyber abuses related to the sports sector.
