ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت واﻻﺗﺼﺎل وﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ أداء اﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺎت اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻳﺔ-دراﺳﺔ ﺣﺎﻟﺔﺳﻮﻧﻠﻐﺎزاﻟﻄﺎرف

Abstract

ﺪف ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ إلى ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔاﻟﺪور اﻟﺬيﻳﺆدﻳﻪاﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ المﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت واﻻﺗﺼﺎلﺑﺄﺑﻌﺎدﻫﺎ اﻷرﺑﻌﺔ )اﻷﺟﻬﺰة والمﻌﺪات، اﻟبرمجﻴﺎت واﻟﺸﺒﻜﺎت، ﻗﻮاﻋﺪ اﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎت، اﻷﻓﺮاد(ﻟﺘﺤﺴيناﻷداءفي المﺆﺳﺴﺔ محﻞ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ–ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺳﻮﻧﻠﻐﺎز اﻟﻄﺎرف-وشمﻠﺖاﻟﺪراﺳﺔ اﺳﺘﻄﻼع آراء ﻋﻴﻨﺔﻋﺸﻮاﺋﻴﺔﻣﻜﻮﻧﺔ ﻣﻦ)40(ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻟﺪىﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺳﻮﻧﻠﻐﺎز ﺑﺎﻟﻄﺎرف، وﻗﺪتم اﺳﺘﺨﺪامأﺳﺎﻟﻴﺐ إﺣﺼﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔوﻫﻲ)SPSS-22(ﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎتﻫﺬﻩاﻟﺪراﺳﺔ،وﻣﻦ تم اﻟﺘﻮﺻﻞ إلى مجﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ أﺑﺮزﻫﺎ أن ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ المﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت واﻻﺗﺼﺎلﺑﺄﺑﻌﺎدﻫﺎ اﻷرﺑﻌﺔﻟﻪ دور واﺿﺢ فيتحﺴين اﻷداءداﺧﻞﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺳﻮﻧﻠﻐﺎز اﻟﻄﺎرف، رﻏﻢ ﺿﻌﻒ اﻟﺘﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮﺟﻴﺎ المﺴﺘﻌﻤﻠﺔ This study aims to know the role played by the use of information and communication technology in its four dimensions (hardware and equipment, software and networks, databases, individuals) to improve performance in the institution under study - Sonelgaz El Tarf -andthe study included a survey of a random sample of (40) workers at Sonelgaz in El Tarf, and appropriate statistical methods were used, namely (SPSS-22) to analyze the data of this study, and from reaching a set of results, most notably that the application of information and communication technology in its four dimensions has a clear role in improving performance within Sonelgaz El Tarf, despite the weakness of the technology used.
