النظام القانوني للاستثمار الأجنبي في التشريع الجزائري على ضوء القانون 22-18

Abstract

تسعى الدول النامية لتطوير نشاطها الاقتصادي وذلك باستعمال مختلف الأساليب والوسائل التي من أهمها أسلوب الاستثمار الأجنبي الذي أصبح يشكل موضوعا من مواضيع الساعة على الساحة الوطنية والدولية على حد السواء. وذلك لكونه أحد أهم آليات التنمية الاقتصادية في معظم الدول لاسيما النامية منها التي هي في أمس الحاجة إلى رؤوس الأموال لتمويل مشاريعها التنموية. وبالنسبة للجزائر فقد شهدت السنوات الأخيرة جهود كبيرة لتحسين مناخ الاستثمار وذلك عن طريق تهيئة الأوضاع والظروف المناسبة لجذبه من خلال استحداث الإطار القانوني المتعلق بترقية الاستثمار الأجنبي في 18-22 الجزائر خاصة في ظل القانون Abstract Developing countries are always seeking to develop their economic activity, using several methods and means, one of the most important methods used is “ the direct foreign investment which is a topic of the hour in both national and international scene, because it is one of the main mechanisms of the economic development in the majority of the countries especially the developing ones which are in need of capital to finance their development projects . Algeria has seen great efforts to improve the investment climate by grating the suitable conditions to attract it by developing the legal framework concerning the promotion of foreign investment in Algeria the law - 22-18

Les pays en développement cherchent à développer leurs activité économique en utilisant diverses méthodes, notamment la méthode de l’investissement étranger direct, qui est devenue un sujet de discussion d’actualité aux niveaux national et international. Parce qu’il s’agit de l’un des mécanismes de développement économique les plus importants de la plupart des pays, en particulier des pays en développement, qui ont cruellement besoin de capitaux pour financer leurs projets de développement. Pour l’Algérie, de grands efforts ont été déployés ces dernières années pour améliorer le climat des investissements en créant les conditions propices grâce a l’introduction du cadre juridique pour la promotion de l’investissement en Algérie la loi - 22-18
