Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور التدريب في تحسين أداء معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في المدارس الابتدائية. تستند هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية الاستثمار في الموارد البشرية وتجهيز المعلمين بالمهارات والمعارف اللازمة لمواجهة التحديات التعليمية والبيداغوجية المتطورة.تشمل الدراسة تقييم برامج التدريب التي يتلقاها المعلمون وتأثيرها على مختلف جوانب أدائهم المهني، مثل القدرة على استخدام استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة، والتفاعل الفعال مع المتعلمين، وإدارة الصفوف بكفاءة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تبحث الدراسة تأثير التدريب على ثقة المعلمين بأنفسهم ورضاهم الوظيفي، وكذلك دوره في تحسين نتائج تعلم الطلاب.اعتمدت الدراسة منهجية شاملة، حيث جُمعت البيانات من خلال استبانات ومقابلات مع عينة من معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في المدارس الابتدائية، بالإضافة إلى تحليل أداء الطلاب ونتائجهم الأكاديمية. أظهرت الدراسة أن التدريب المستمر والشامل يعزز بشكل كبير قدرات المعلمين على تقديم المحتوى التعليمي بطرق مبتكرة وفعّالة، مما يؤثر بشكل إيجابي على نتائج تعلم الطلاب. كما بينت أن التدريب يزيد من ثقة المعلمين بأنفسهم ورضاهم الوظيفي، مما يحسن بيئة العمل ويزيد من فعالية العملية التعليمية. تدعم نتائج هذه الدراسة اعتماد سياسات تدريب متقدمة وشاملة كجزء من استراتيجيات تطوير التعليم، لتعزيز قدرات المعلمين والمساهمة في تحسين جودة التعليم. This study aims to explore the role of training in improving the performance of English language teachers in primary schools. The research is based on the importance of investing in human resources and equipping teachers with the necessary skills and knowledge to face the evolving educational and pedagogical challenges. The study includes an assessment of the training programs received by teachers and their impact on various aspects of their professional performance, such as the ability to use modern teaching strategies, effective interaction with learners, and efficient classroom management. Additionally, the study examines the impact of training on teachers' self-confidence and job satisfaction, as well as its role in improving student learning outcomes. The study employed a comprehensive methodology, collecting data through questionnaires and interviews with a sample of English language teachers in primary schools, along with analyzing student performance and academic results. The study found that continuous and comprehensive training significantly enhances teachers' abilities to deliver educational content in innovative and effective ways, positively affecting student learning outcomes. It also showed that training boosts teachers' self-confidence and job satisfaction, improving the work environment and increasing the effectiveness of the educational process. The results of this study support the adoption of advanced and comprehensive training policies as part of educational development strategies, enhancing teachers' capabilities and contributing to the improvement of education quality.
