دور نمودج COSOفي تطبيق إدارةمخاطر المؤسسات -دراسة حالةمؤسسة التجارة الكبرى للشرق-

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور نموذج COSO في تطبيق إدارة المخاطر في شركة النجارة الكبرى الشرقية خلال الفترة 2021-2022، وذلك من خلال تطبيق الدراسة النظرية على عينة من 31 عاملاً في الشركة، واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية، واعتمدت على برنامج SPSS للمعالجة الإحصائية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مؤشرات ذات دلالة إحصائية على دور نموذج COSO في تطبيق إدارة المخاطر في شركة النجارة الكبرى الشرقية خلال الفترة 2021-2022، وذلك من خلال تطبيق الشركة للمكونات التالية لهيكل إدارة المخاطر وفقًا لنموذج COSO: تحليل البيئة الداخلية، ووضع الأهداف، وتحديد المخاطر، وتقييمها، والاستجابة لها، وتطبيق أنشطة الرقابة، وتوفير نظام معلومات واتصالات، ومتابعة هيكل إدارة المخاطر. This study aimed to identify the role of COSO model in the application of risk management in the Greater Carpentry Corporation of East during the period 2021-2022, by projecting the theoretical study on a sample of 31 workers in the Greater Carpentry Corporation, the descriptive analytical approach was used, we used the questionnaire as a main tool and we based on the SPSS program for statistical processing. The study concluded that there are statistically significant indicators on the role of COSO model in the application of risk management in the Greater Carpentry Corporation of the East during the period 2021-2022, through the company’s application of the following components of risk management structure according to the COSO model: analyzing internal environment, setting goals, identifying risks, assessing risks, responding to risks, applying control activities, providing an information and communication system, and following up on the risk management structure
