Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الابتكار التكنولوجي وعصرنة البنية التحتية ومدى مساهمتها في تحسين مستوى الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، حيث تساهم الدراسة في السعي لنشر ثقافة التجديد والتوعية بأهميتها التنافسية داخل المؤسسات والتوعية إلى مدى أهمية هذا الموضوع. ولتحقيق هذا الهدفالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تتبع وتحليل مؤشرات الابتكار والأداء المالي لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر خلال الفترة (2020-2025)بالتركيز على قوائمها المالية ومؤشرات ربحيتها التشغيلية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن إستراتيجية الإبتكار والإنفاق الإستثماري المتبعة من طرف المؤسسة حققت نجاحا إقتصاديا وماليا كبيرا، حيث لم يكن الإنفاق على عصرنة الشبكات عبئا رأسماليا، بل شكل المحرك الهيكلي والدافع الأساسي لتعزيز الأداء المالي. الكلمات المفتاحية:إبتكار تكنولوجي؛ عصرنة الشبكات؛ أداء مالي؛ ربحية الإستغلال؛إتصالات الجزائر.

The study aimed to highlight the importance of technological innovation and infrastructure modernisation, and the extent to which they contribute to improving the financial performance of economic organisations. The study contributes to efforts to foster a culture of innovation and raise awareness of its competitive importance within organisations, as well as the significance of this topic. To achieve this objective, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted by tracking and analysing the innovation and financial performance indicators of Algérie Télécom during the period 2020–2025, with a focus on its financial statements and operating profitability indicators. The study concluded that the innovation strategy and capital expenditure pursued by the organisation achieved significant economic and financial success, as expenditure on network modernisation was not a capital burden, but rather constituted the structural driver and primary catalyst for enhancing financial performance.
