M-Learning Universitaire - Vers une Nouvelle Tendance d'Apprentissage Mobile -

Abstract

Les établissements universitaires sont aujourd’hui soumis à de nouvelles contraintes de quantité, de diversité et de vitesse d’évolution des savoirs. Pour faire face à ces contraintes, l’apprentissage mobile (M-Learning) est en plein essor depuis quelques années et devient une tendance majeure de l’enseignement à distance (E-learning) et qui doit permettre de promouvoir l’enseignement universitaire. L’université de demain s’invente aujourd’hui et l'apprentissage en ligne, représente une réelle avancée pour une pédagogie innovante. Au cours des dernières années et dans le cadre d'un projet d'informatisation globale de l’Université Chadli Bendjedid El-Tarf (UCBET), et afin d’accroître sa visibilité à l’échelle nationale et internationale et de réaliser un saut qualitatif dans le classement des universités, ce projet vise à concevoir et réaliser une application mobile (M-Learning4UCB) comme outil de support pour l'enseignement à distance destinée aux acteurs de l’université principalement les étudiants et enseignants, mais aussi le staff administratif. M-Learning4UCB propose un contenu et une porte d'entrée commune à un nombre croissant de fonctionnalités et de services numériques offerts par l’université pour apprendre ou se former partout et à tout moment.

Academic institutions are now subject to new constraints of quantity, diversity and speed of evolution of knowledge. To face these constraints, Mobile Learning (M-Learning) has been booming for a few years and is becoming a major trend in distance learning (E-learning) and should help promote university education. The University of tomorrow is being invented today and E-learning represents a real advance in innovative teaching methods. In recent years and as part of a computerization project of the University Chadli Bendjedid El-Tarf (UCBET), and to increase its visibility nationally and internationally and achieve a qualitative leap in the ranking of universities, this project aims to design and implement a mobile application (M-Learning4UCB) as a support tool for distance learning intended for the actors of the university mainly students and teachers, but also the administrative staff.
