Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية الهادي بن جديد بولاية الطارف، وإثبات ضرورة اعتماد هذا الأسلوب الإداري. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اعتمد الباحثون على الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، بتوزيعه على عينة قوامها 45 فردًا، موزعة على فئات: المراجعين (المرضى)، والأطباء، والممرضين، والمسؤولين الإداريين، والإدارة، والإداريين، لمعرفة آرائهم حول مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في هذه المؤسسة. وبعد تحليل النتائج واختبار الفرضيات، خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مؤشرات دالة إحصائيًا على تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسة المدروسة، تتمثل في المعايير التالية: الموثوقية، والملموسية، والاستجابة، والتعاطف، والضمان This study aimed to identify the extent of application of comprehensive quality standards in the public hospital institution, Al-Hadi Ben Jadid, in the state of El-Tarf, and proving the need to adopt this administrative method. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers relied on the questionnaire as a tool for the study by distributing it to a sample of 45 individuals consisting of categories: customers (patients), doctors, nurses, administrative officials, management and administrators, to know their opinions about the extent of the application of comprehensive quality standards in this institution, and after analyzing results and testing hypotheses, the study concluded that there are statistically significant indicators on the application of comprehensive quality standards in the institution studied, which is represented by the following standards: reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, empathy and guarantee.
