الاتصال ودوره في التوعية الأمنية - دراسة تحليلية لصفحة الرسمية لشرطة الطارف عبر الفايسبوك -

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية الى التعرف عن دور الاتصال في التوعية الأمنية لدى مديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، من خلال تحليل الصفحة الرسمية لشرطة الطارف، وللبحث والإجابة عن إشكال دراستنا المطروحة تم الاعتماد على منهج تحليل المحتوى كونه الأنسب لدراسة موضوعنا، بالاعتماد على العينة القصدية وتحديد من خلالها مجموعة من المنشورات لشهرين: افريل – ماي من السنة الحالية، والتي قدرت عدد المنشورات: 270 منشور. ومن خلال تحليل المنشورات، خلصت دراستنا الى ان الاتصال يلعب دوره البارز والفعال في نشر التوعية الأمنية من خلال الصفحة الرسمية لشرطة الطارف، ومحاولة جعل المواطن شريك في العملية الاتصالية لتحقيق الوعي والتثقيف الأمني للحد من الظواهر والقضاء على السلوكيات غير الرشيدة للأفراد من شانها تهدد الأمن والاستقرار خاصة منها في الفضاء السيبراني. وعليه جاءت توصيات دراستنا كمايلي: تعزيز الخلايا الاتصالية بالمؤسسات الأمنية لتحسين صورة الجهاز الأمني لدى المواطن وكسب تأييده وثقته لمحتوياته المنشورة. الاتصال، التوعية، الأمن، التوعية الأمنية.
