ﺩﻭﺭ ﺣﺎﺿﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﻋﻣﺎﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺩﻋﻡ ﻭﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺅﺳﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻧﺎﺷﺋﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺟﺯﺍﺋﺭ

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the key support mechanisms adopted by Algeria for the accompaniment and development of startups, and to examine the reality of business incubators and startups in Algeria. Additionally, it focuses on the challenges and reasons for the failure of startups in Algeria, and seeks to understand the methods and mechanisms used by business incubators to support startups in the country. The study employs descriptive, analytical, and case study methodologies to address the Algerian context. The study concludes with several findings, the most important of which include : - Incubators play a significant role in promoting the national economy. They contribute to expanding and distributing the economic base by investing in successful entrepreneurial ideas and transforming them into promising economic projects. - In Algeria, incubated projects are distributed across various sectors, with services being the most preferred sector by most project owners due to its lower initial costs and rapid capital turnover. - Additionnelle, the Algerian funding fund is one of the key pillars for creating a conducive environment for the establishment and development of startups. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم آليات الدعم التي تعتمدها الجزائر لمرافقة وتطوير الشركات الناشئة، ودراسة واقع حاضنات الأعمال والشركات الناشئة في الجزائر. كما تُركز على تحديات وأسباب فشل الشركات الناشئة في الجزائر، وتسعى إلى فهم الأساليب والآليات التي تستخدمها حاضنات الأعمال لدعم الشركات الناشئة في البلاد. وتعتمد الدراسة على منهجيات وصفية وتحليلية ودراسات حالة لمعالجة السياق الجزائري.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، من أهمها: - تلعب حاضنات الأعمال دورًا هامًا في تعزيز الاقتصاد الوطني، إذ تُساهم في توسيع القاعدة الاقتصادية وتوزيعها من خلال الاستثمار في الأفكار الريادية الناجحة وتحويلها إلى مشاريع اقتصادية واعدة. - تتوزع المشاريع المحتضنة في الجزائر على قطاعات مُختلفة، ويُعتبر قطاع الخدمات القطاع الأكثر تفضيلًا لدى مُعظم أصحاب المشاريع نظرًا لانخفاض تكاليفه الأولية وسرعة دوران رأس المال.

- إضافة إلى ذلك، يُعد صندوق التمويل الجزائري أحد الركائز الأساسية لخلق بيئة مواتية لتأسيس وتطوير الشركات الناشئة.
