الأمن القضائي ودوره في جلب الاستثمار الأجنبي في الجزائر

Abstract

يعد الأمن القضائي أحد أهم العوامل التي تساهم في خلق بيئة استثمارية جاذبة، وذلك من خلال الآليات المستحدثة المتمثلة في المحكمة التجارية المتخصصة واللجنة الوطنية العليا للطعون، كما ان هناك آليات ودية بديلة عن القضاء فيمكن للمستثمر الاجنبي اللجوء الى المصالحة والوساطة، وكذا التحكيم التجاري الدولي لحل منازعاته الاستثمارية .
