Abstract
The study aims to know the role of small and medium enterprises in the employment sector in
Algeria during the period 2010-2020. The problem was raised, which states: What is the
contribution of small and medium enterprises to the employment sector in Algeria and the state of
El Tarf in particular, where we conducted a field study at the National Agency for Support and
Development Contracting, and the Directorate of Industry El-Tarf.
Where the interview tool was relied upon as a means of collecting information related to the subject
of the study, and the appropriate and appropriate descriptive analytical method was used for this
study, and this study reached a number of results, the most important of which are:
Small and medium enterprises have a great contribution to the development in Algeria by providing
jobs, training local tires and offering new services and products.
The employment policy faces many challenges in Algeria that must be addressed. We find the
National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development one of the most important
solutions because of its significant role in creating small and medium enterprises and reducing
unemployment.
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في قطاع التشغيل في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2010-2020. وقد طُرحت الإشكالية التالية: ما مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في قطاع التشغيل في الجزائر، وولاية الطارف تحديدًا؟ حيث أجرينا دراسة ميدانية على مستوى الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتطوير المقاولات، ومديرية الصناعة بالطارف. حيث تم الاعتماد على أداة المقابلة كوسيلة لجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المناسب لهذه الدراسة، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها:
للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة مساهمة كبيرة في التنمية في الجزائر من خلال توفير فرص العمل، وتدريب الكوادر المحلية، وتقديم خدمات ومنتجات جديدة. تواجه سياسة التشغيل في الجزائر العديد من التحديات التي يجب معالجتها. ونرى أن الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية ريادة الأعمال تُعد من أهم الحلول، نظرًا لدورها الهام في خلق المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة والحد من البطالة.
