Abstract

للضيافة الشعبية اهمية بالغة في في تماسك الاسر و المجتمعات و المحافظة على موروثها الثقافي ،و نهدف من خلال هذا البحث المعنون ب: الضيافة الشعبية الجزائرية السينية التقليدية - انموذجا -الى اظهار مكانتها في عمق الاشعب الجزائري وكيفية المحافظة على تراثه الشعبي ،فكانت الاشكالية كيف استطاعت الضيافة الخلود الى يومنا هذا و ماهي ادواتها للحفاظ على تماسك المجتمع و موروثاته الشعبية . و للاجابة على ذلك اتبعنا المنهج الميداني الانثربولوجي ، اين تناولنا بحثنا بمدخل معنون : بالتراث الشعبي و اشكاله ثم فصل اول ب عنوان: الضيافة في الحقول الدلالية و عبر العصور ، ثم فصل ثاني بعنوان الضيافة الشعبية التقليدية و مكانتها الشعبية ، وفصل تطبيقي تناولنا فيه السينية التقليدية و مكانتها و مظاهرها عبر مناطق الوطن

Popular hospitality is of great importance in the cohesion of families and communities and the preservation of their cultural heritage. We aim, through this research entitled Traditional Algerian Siniye popular hospitality as a model... to show its place in the depths of the Algerian people and how to preserve its popular heritage. The problem was... how was hospitality able to immortalize to this day? This and what are its tools for preserving the cohesion of society and its popular legacies... To answer this, we followed the anthropological field approach. We addressed our research with an introduction entitled Folk Heritage and its Forms, then a first chapter entitled Hospitality in Semantic Fields and Through the Ages, then a second chapter entitled Traditional Folk Hospitality and its Popular Status... An applied chapter in which we discussed traditional Sunism and its status and manifestations across the regions of the country.
