دور الرقمنة في تحسين أداء مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي و المهني دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسات التربوية بولاية الطارف

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر الرقمنة على تحسين أداء مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في المؤسسات التربوية، من خلال استكشاف مدى مساهمة الأرضية الرقمية في تيسير مهامهم النفسية، التربوية، والاجتماعية وتحديد المعوقات التي تحول دون استغلال فعال لها. اعتمدت الدراسة منهجًا وصفيا تحليليا، وشملت عينة مكونة من 28 مستشارا بولاية الطارف . أظهرت النتائج أن الرقمنة ساهمت في تخفيف الأعباء الإدارية، تحسين دقة المعلومات، وتوفير الوقت، ما أتاح تركيزا أكبر على الوظائف الإرشادية. كما تم رصد تفاوت في استعمال الرقمنة يعود إلى نقص التكوين وضعف التجهيزات. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية، وتكثيف التكوين المستمر، وتحفيز المستشارين على توظيف الأدوات الرقمية This study aims to analyze the impact of digitization on the performance of school and vocational guidance counselors by exploring how digital platforms support their psychological, pedagogical, and social tasks, and by identifying the barriers hindering their effective use. A descriptive analytical methodology was adopted, with a sample of 28 counselors from El Tarf province. The findings reveal that digital tools significantly reduce administrative burdens, enhance information accuracy, and save time, allowing counselors to focus more on their guidance duties. However, the study highlights disparities in digital use due to lack of training and insufficient infrastructure. It concludes with recommendations to improve digital resources, intensify training programs, and motivate counselors to use digital technologies effectively.
