دور التعليم المقاولاتي في تحفيز الطلبة حاملي المشاريع -دراسة حالة

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of entrepreneurial education in motivating students who are project holders in El-Chadli Ben Djedid University , through three dimensions, which are entrepreneurial education programs, entrepreneurship education models and the entrepreneurial home, in order to test the hypotheses of the study, a questionnaire was used as a study tool and distributed on a sample consisting of 42 individuals from the categories of professors and students in the University studied, and after emptying the answers of the respondents using the Excel and SPSS programs, and using statistical methods in testing hypotheses, the study found that there are statistically significant indicators on the application of entrepreneurial education, as well as the motivation of students who are project holders in El-Chadli Ben Djedid University, while the study model test showed the presence of statistically significant indicators about the role of entrepreneurial education in motivating students who are project holders at El-Chadli Ben Djedid University during the period studied through only one dimension, which is the entrepreneurial education programs without the rest of the dimensions. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التعليم الريادي في تحفيز الطلبة أصحاب المشاريع بجامعة الشاذلي بن جديد، من خلال ثلاثة أبعاد وهي برامج التعليم الريادي، ونماذج التعليم الريادي، والبيت الريادي. لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، تم استخدام استبيان كأداة للدراسة، وتم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 42 فردًا من فئات الأساتذة والطلبة بالجامعة المدروسة، وبعد تفريغ إجابات المبحوثين باستخدام برنامجي Excel وSPSS، واستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية في اختبار الفرضيات، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مؤشرات دالة إحصائيًا حول تطبيق التعليم الريادي، وكذلك دافعية الطلبة أصحاب المشاريع بجامعة الشاذلي بن جديد، بينما أظهر اختبار نموذج الدراسة وجود مؤشرات دالة إحصائيًا حول دور التعليم الريادي في تحفيز الطلبة أصحاب المشاريع بجامعة الشاذلي بن جديد خلال الفترة المدروسة من خلال بُعد واحد فقط وهو برامج التعليم الريادي. بدون باقي الأبعاد.
