LES PRINCIPAUX MOTIFS DE SAISIE DU FOIE ET DU POUMON CHEZ LES PETITS RUMINENTS AU NIVEAU DE L’ABATTOIR DE AIN- ASSEL (EL TARF) ( de séptembre2022 - février 2023

Abstract

RESUME l’inspection des abats exige une recherche particulière nécessaire à la fois pour garantir aux consommateurs des produits sains et de bonne qualité. Apres l’évaluation des principaux motifs de saisie pulmonaires et hépatiques observé chez les ovins et caprins à l’abattoir de Ain-Assel, et ce sur une période de 6 mois (septembre 2022 jusqu'à février 2023). Notre résultats obtenus montrent que pour les deux espèces, les principaux motifs de saisie sont: la fasciolose, le kyste hydatique, les abcès et les inflammations. Les mots clés : l’abattoir, saisie, ovins, caprins, foie et poumon.Abstract Inspection offal requires special research necessary both to ensure consumers with healthy products and good quality. After evaluation of the main reasons for lung and liver before observed in sheep and goats to the slaughter of Ain-Assel, and over a period of 6 months (September to February). Our results show that for both species , the main reasons for entry are: fascioliasis,hydatid cysts, abscesses and inflammation.
