Identification par extraction méthanolique de quelques composés d’une plante médicinale et étude théorique de la réactivité par DFT de son principe actif

Abstract

Résumé Ce travail consiste à extraire un extrait méthanolique d’une plante médicinale par le diapositif Soxlhet. Cette plante appartenant à la famille des lamiacées qui est très rependue au nord d'Algérie. Le rendement de cette extraction est de 1.72%. Un screening phytochimique de cet extrait a été effectué. Les résultats indiquent que l’extrait étudié contient les flavonoïdes (cosmosiine et cynaroside) et les tanins (catéchol ou épicatéchol et proanthocyanidol), ce qui confirme sa qualité anti-oxydante et anti-inflammatoire. Une étude DFT de cet extrait confirme que le composé cynaroside est le plus réactif en comparaisons aux autres composés étudiés. Mots clé : Extrait méthanolique, Soxlhet, flavonoïdes, tanins, DFT Abstract This work consists in extracting a medicinal plant’s methanolic extract by the Soxlhet. This plant belongs to the lamiaceae family that is very widespread in the north of Algeria. The yield of this extraction is 1.72%. A phytochemical screening of this extract was carried out. The results indicate that the studied extract contains the flavonoïds (cosmosiin and cynaroside) and the tannins (catechol or epicatechol and proanthocyanidol), confirming its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory quality. A DFT study of this extract confirms that the cynaroside compound is the more reactive compared to the other studied compounds. Keywords: Methanolic extract, Soxlhet, flavonoïds, tannins, DFT. الملخص يتمثل هذا العمل في استخلاص مستخلص ميثانولي من نبات طبي باستخدام جهاز السوكسلي. تنتمي هذه النبتة إلى فصيلة اللاميات المنتشرة بكثرة في شمال الجزائر. مردود هذا الاستخلاص يقدر ب ٪2..1 . تم إجراء فحص كيميائي نباتي لهذا المستخلص. تشير النتائج إلى أن المستخلص المدروس يحتوي على مركبات الفلافونويد )كوزموسيين وسيناروسيد( والعفص )كاتيكول أو إبيكاتيكول وبروانثوسيانيدول(، مما يؤكد جودته كمضاد للأكسدة ومضاد للالتهابات. تؤكد دراسة DFT لهذا المستخلص أن مركب سيناروزيد هو الأكثر تفاع ا لا مقارنة بالمركبات الأخرى التي تمت دراستها. ، الكلمات المفتاحية: مستخلص ميثانولي، جهاز السوكسلي، فلافونويد، عفص DFT
