-قطاع الغاز الجزائري – دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

يعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، مدعومًا بتحليل البيانات والمعلومات الرسمية المتاحة. كما يستخدم المنهج الاستقرائي من خلال استخلاص استنتاجات حول العلاقات بين المتغيرات بناءً على الحقائق المرصودة. ويطرح سؤال بحثي محوري حول مدى فعالية السياسات المتبعة في استغلال واستخدام الغاز الطبيعي في ظل التحديات الهيكلية والتحولات الدولية.

وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر تمتلك إمكانات كبيرة في قطاع الغاز الطبيعي، إلا أنها تواجه العديد من أوجه القصور المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية، ومحدودية الاستثمار، وضعف الإدارة. علاوة على ذلك، يؤثر الاستهلاك المحلي المرتفع وغير الفعال سلبًا على القدرة التصديرية. وتشير النتائج أيضًا إلى أنه على الرغم من الفرص التي تتيحها التحولات العالمية، فإن هذه التغييرات تتطلب مراجعة عميقة وشاملة لاستراتيجية الجزائر في مجال الطاقة.

The research relies on the descriptive method, supported by an analysis of available official data and information. It also employs the inductive approach by drawing conclusions about relationships between

variables based on observed realities. A central research question is raised regarding the effectiveness of the adopted policies in exploiting and utilizing .natural gas in light of structural challenges and international transformations

The study concludes that Algeria possesses significant potential in the natural gas sector; however, it faces several deficiencies related to infrastructure, limited investment, and weak management. Moreover, high and inefficient domestic consumption negatively affects export capacity. The findings also indicate that, despite the opportunities created by global shifts, these changes require a deep and comprehensive revision of Algeria’s energy strategy
