Abstract
This studyaims to identify and diagnose the roleplayed by the use of work teams
in its five dimensions (clarity of objectives, balance of roles, appropriate leadership,
flexibility of communication, continuity of activity) in achieving administrative
creativity in the Faculties of Arts and Languages and Law at the University of El
Tarf, in a mannerthatis compatible with the situations in whichtheyexist.
This study included a survey of the opinions of a randomsample of (30)
employeesat the Faculties of Arts and Languages and Law at the University of El
Tarf. Therefore, appropriatestatisticalmethodswereused, namely (SPSS-22), to
analyze the data of thisstudy.
A number of resultswerereached, the most notable of whichisthat the
implementation of the work team strategywithits five dimensions has a clearrole in
achieving administrative creativity in the Faculties of Arts and Languages and Law at
El TarfUniversity. The twofacultiesunderstudy, throughtheir adoption of the work
team strategy, seek to improve administrative performance and generate new ideas.
The studyalsoconcludedwith a set of important proposals, mostnotably the need
for institutions to focus on strengthening and supportingwork teams with all thatis
new, distinctive, and rapid in terms of procedures and methods, as a basic
requirement for achieving administrative creativity. This isachieved by spreading the
culture of teamwork, whichisreflected in providing an organizational and
stimulatingenvironmentthat encourages creativity and initiative within administrative
teams
