Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تمثلات الطالب الجامعي لظاهرة خطاب الكراهية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، في ظل الانتشار الواسع لهذه المنصات وتأثيرها المتزايد على مختلف جوانب الحياة، وخاصة لدى فئة الشباب. تسعى الدراسة إلى فهم كيف يدرك ويتصور الطلبة الجامعيون خطاب الكراهية، وما هي الأشكال والمضامين التي ينسبونها إليه، والعوامل التي يعتقدون أنها تساهم في انتشاره، فضلاً عن الآثار المترتبة عليه من وجهة نظرهم، وتقييم مدى وعيهم بالجوانب القانونية المتعلقة به. تخلص الدراسة إلى أن فهم تمثلات الطالب الجامعي لخطاب الكراهية يعد أمراً محورياً لوضع استراتيجيات فعالة لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة على الصعيدين التعليمي والمجتمعي، ولتعزيز بيئة رقمية آمنة ومسؤولة تحترم التنوع وتسهم في بناء مجتمع متماسك. الكلمات المفتاحية:خطاب الكراهية، مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، الطالب الجامعي، التمثلات الاجتماعية، العنف، التفرقة الاجتماعية. Abstract: This study aims to uncover university students' representations of the phenomenon of hate speech on social media, in light of the widespread use of these platforms and their increasing impact on various aspects of life, especially among youth. The study seeks to understand how university students perceive and conceive hate speech, what forms and contents they attribute to it, the factors they believe contribute to its spread, as well as its perceived consequences from their perspective, and to assess their awareness of the related legal aspects. The study concludes that understanding university students' representations of hate speech is crucial for developing effective strategies to confront this phenomenon at both educational and societal levels, and for promoting a safe and responsible digital environment that respects diversity and contributes to building a cohesive society.
