متطلبات الاصالح المالي وتعزيز الاستدامة المالية العامة في الجزائر

Abstract

The study aims to monitor the requirements of the financial reform and enhance public financial sustainability in Algeria, as the financial policy is one of the components of economic policy and it has effectiveness in achieving financial reform amid of economic transformations, using Algeria as a model for the study. The study also focused on the identification of the financial sustainability and the reality of the role played by the fiscal policy on the financial sustainability of the Algerian economy, which experienced fragility of the above-mentioned due to the collapse in oil prices. تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد متطلبات الإصلاح المالي وتعزيز الاستدامة المالية العامة في الجزائر، باعتبار السياسة المالية أحد مكونات السياسة الاقتصادية، ولها فاعليتها في تحقيق الإصلاح المالي في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية، متخذةً الجزائر نموذجًا للدراسة. كما ركزت الدراسة على تحديد الاستدامة المالية وواقع دور السياسة المالية في الاستدامة المالية للاقتصاد الجزائري، الذي عانى من هشاشة في ظل انهيار أسعار النفط.
