| dc.description.abstract | . يعيش العالم اليوم عصر الإدارة الحديثة بأبعادها ومفاهيمها كافة، فلم يعد هناك مجال لنجاح أية مؤسسة إلا إذا كانت إدارتها على أسس الإدارة العلمية الحديثة، وهذا الأمر يتطلب توفير بيئة عمل سليمة توفر للعاملين الاستق ا رر، والأمن، والاحت ا رم. ويعد المورد البشري من أهم الموارد وأثمنها لعمل المؤسسات، فهو مصدر الجذب، حيث يلعب دو ا ر فعالا في تخطيط نشاطات المنظمة وتنفيذها وذلك بفهم وإد ا رك كيفية إشباع الرغبات والحاجات المختلفة لدى العاملين في بيئة العمل، فكلما تميزت بيئة العمل بالانسجام والرضا من العاملين ساهم ذلك في تحسين وتنمية قد ا رت العاملين في تحقيق مزيد من مستويات الإبداع الإداري. وعليه قمنا بطرح التساؤل المركزي التالي: إمى أي مدى تساهم جودة حمح اة حموظ ف ة في تحفيز حمعاملين على حلإبدحع في حموظ ف ة؟ وقد قسمت د ا رستنا إلى أربعة فصول موضحة في التالي: الفصل الأول بعنوان مدخل عام للد ا رسة،أما الفصل الثاني بعنوان علاقة جودة الحياة الوظيفية بإبداع العاملين، ا ولفصل الثالث بعنوان الإبداع الوظيفي كعامل رئيسي لتحسين أداء العاملين، والفصل ال ا ربع بعنوان الد ا رسة الميدانية إج ا رءاتها المنهجية ود ا رستها الميدانية. وقد توصلنا في د ا رستنا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة بين نظام الحوافز والعلاوات المغري بالمؤسسة وتحفيز العاملين على الإبداع في وظيفتهم. لب ا رمج التدريب والتكوين المحترفة التي تتم داخل وخارج الوطن بتحفيز العاملين على الإبداع في وظيفتهم. توفير المؤسسة لتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة في العمل له علاقة بتحفيز العاملين على الإبداع في وظيفتهم. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The world lives today in the era of modern management in all its dimensions and concepts. There is no room for the success of any institution unless its management is based on modern scientific management, and this matter requires the provision of a sound work environment that provides workers with stability, security, and respect. The human resource is one of the most important and most valuable resources for the work of institutions, as it is the source of attraction, as it plays an effective role in planning and implementing the activities of the organization by understanding and realizing how to satisfy the different desires and needs of workers in the work environment. The capabilities of workers to achieve more levels of administrative creativity. Accordingly, we raised the following central question: To what extent does the quality of job life contribute to motivating workers to be creative in the job? Our study was divided into four chapters, explained in the following: The first chapter is entitled a general introduction to the study, the second chapter is entitled the relationship of job quality to the creativity of workers, the third chapter is tit led job creativity as a key factor for improving the performance of workers, and the fourth chapter is titled Field Study, its methodological procedures and field study. In our study, we have reached several results, the most important of which are: The existence of a relationship between the institution's attractive incentive and bonuses system and motivating workers to be creative in their job. For professional training and training programs that take place inside and outside the country by motivating workers to be creative in their job. The institution's provision of modern information and communication technology at ork has to do with motivating workers to be creative in their job. | |
