Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور الاتصال التعليمي ودوره في الحد من العنف المدرسي. في هذه الدراسة، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بظاهرة موضوع البحث، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدمنا الاستبيانات كأداة للدراسة، وتم توزيع نموذج الاستبيان داخل المؤسسة على عينة مكونة من 87 طالبًا. وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الاتصال التعليمي له دور فعال في الحد من العنف المدرسي، حيث يسهم الاتصال التعليمي في تقليل العلاقة العنيفة بين المعلم والطالب، وكذلك بين الإدارة والطالب، وأخيرًا بين الطالب وزميله. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال التعليمي، العنف المدرسي، المؤسسة التعليمية

This study aimed to identify the role of educational communication and its role in reducing school violence. In this study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach in collecting data and data related to the phenomenon of the subject of research, and to achieve this goal, we used questionnaires as a tool for the study, and the questionnaire form was distributed within the institution to a sample of 87 students.
