الحماية القانونية لحقوق الطفل

Abstract

يحظى موضوع الطفولة في القانون الدولي بحمَاية قانونية وإجرائية، حيث اهتمَت به الهيئات الدولية والإقليمَية وذلك لكونه من الفئات الهشة العاجزة على الدفاع عن نفسها، فلعبت دورا بارزا في هذا الشأن بإصدارها العديد من المواثيق التي تهدف إلى حماية حقوق الطفل مجسدة في ترسانة من الآليات المنوط بها تفعيل هذه الحمَاية في أرض الواقع، لمكافحة حرمان الأطفال من الحقوق الأساسية كالحق في الرعاية الأسرية والحق في التعليم وغيرها من الحقوق اللصيقة بالإنسان The issue of childhood in international law enjoys legal and procedural protection, as it has been given attention by international and regional bodies, as well as governmental and non-governmental organizations, because it is a marginalized group unable to defend itself. The United Nations has played a prominent role in this regard, as it has issued many charters aimed at protecting the rights of the child, relying on an arsenal of mechanisms to embody this protection on the ground to combat the deprivation of children of basic rights such as the right to family care, the right to education, and other rights inherent to the human being.
