Comportement et activités alimentaires des caprins (chèvres de race locale) au niveau de l’aulnaie de Ain Khiar

Abstract

Résumé En Algérie, l’élevage caprin de races croisées est un important fournisseur de viande rouge. Dans le nord du payé, ce type d’élevage se concentre essentiellement dans les zones sylvicoles. En effet, les caprins, de par leur comportement alimentaire spécifique, savent tirer parti des ressources de ce type de milieu sylvo-pastoral et gérer la variabilité des ressources dans le temps. L’objectif de cette contribution est une meilleure connaissance des activités et du comportement alimentaire de cinq chèvres de race locale croisée (Arbia) au niveau de l’aulnaie de Ain Khiar (El Tarf) durant la saison automnale et printanière. Les chèvres de race locale exploites plusieurs séquences ligneuses et herbacées et cela en fonction des saisons et des orientations du berger La dynamique des activités des chèvres Arbia au niveau de l’aulnaie permettent de déduire que sur 8 h de présence au pâturage, les chèvres de race locale consacrent 63% de leurs temps à l’ingestion en automne vs 57% au printemps en broutant des quantités de 1189 g MS/animal/jour et 1604 g MS/animal/jour respectivement. Pour le temps de déplacement, il est de l’ordre de 26% en automne vs 23% au printemps et celui de repos/rumination elles consacrent 11 et 20% pour l’automne et le printemps respectivement. Summary In Algeria, breeding goat of crossed breed is an important purveyor of red meat. In the north of the country, this type of breeding is focused essentially in the forestry zones, indeed goats, through their specific eating behavior, know pull of resources of this type of the forestry pastoral environment and it manage the variation of resources in the time. The target of this contribution is the deepening knowledge of activities and eating behavior of five goats of local crossed breed (Arbia) in the aulnaie of Ain Khiar (El Tarf) during autumn and spring season. Local breed goats explore many forestry and pasture sequences and it depends two seasons and the orientation of goat herd. Dynamic activities of Arbia goats in Ain Khiar permits to deduce that out of 8 hour of the presence in grazing, local breed goats spent 63% of their time to ingest in autumn vs 57% in spring grazing amount of 1189 g of DM/animal/day and 1604 g of DM/animal/day. The time spent in displacing in autumn is 26% vs 23% in spring and the rest/rumination is about 11 and 20% for autumn and spring respectively. الملخص تعتبر تربية الماعز من السلالات المتقاطعة )المتصالبة( في الجزائر مورد هام للحوم الحمراء، اذ يتمركز هذا النوع من تربية المواشي بشكل كبير في المناطق الغابية. فعلا، فالماعز عدا سلوكهم الغذائي الخاص، لهم القدرة على أخذ جزء من المصادر من هذا الوسط الغابي الرعوي وتدبير المصادر القابلة للتنوع مع الوقت. الهدف من هذه المساهمة هي المعرفة المعمقة للنشاطات والسلوكات الغذائية لخمسة من الماعز من السلالة المحلية المتقاطعة )المتصالبة( )عربية( على مستوى غابة العود الأحمر لعين خيار ) الطارف( خلال فصلي الخريف والربيع. تتواجد الماعز من السلالة المحلية في عدة مناطق غابية وعشبية وهذا حسب الفصول وتوجيهات الراعي. يسمح لنا نشاط الماعز )عربية( على مستوى غابة العود الأحمر بأن نستخلص أن في فترة 8 ساعات من التواجد في المرعى تستغرق الماعز ذات السلالة المحلية 36 % من وقتها في الهضم في فصل الخريف مقابل 75 % في الربيع في الرعي ما يقدر ب 8881 غ من المادة الجافة/حيوان/يوم و 8361 غ من المادة الجافة /حيوان/يوم على التوالي. فيما يخص وقت التنقل فهو ما يقارب 63 % في الخريف و 66 % في فصل الربيع، أما وقت الراحة / الاجترار فهي تخصص من 88 الى 66 % في فصل الخريف والربيع على التوالي.
