Abstract

تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في ظل الظروف التي يتم فيها تهميش الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في مختلف المجتمعات. لذلك، من الضروري البحث في دور تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة في تنمية القدرات الفكرية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة. ومن هنا، تبلورت إشكالية الدراسة التالية على شكل السؤال الأساسي التالي: كيف تساهم تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة في تطوير القدرات الفكرية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة؟ 1/ هل للمدة الزمنية المخصصة لاستخدام تقنيات الاتصال دور في تطوير القدرات الفكرية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة؟ 2/ هل للأدوات المستخدمة في الاتصال دور في تطوير القدرات الفكرية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة؟٣/ ما هي التحديات التي تواجه استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة لذوي الإعاقة؟ التحديات التي تواجه استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة في تطوير القدرات العقلية للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة لا تؤثر بشكل كبير على تطوير قدرات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات الخفيفة القابلة للتعلم، لكنها تؤثر على الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات الشديدة، لأن الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات الخفيفة لديهم معدل ذكاء مرتفع مقارنةً بأولئك ذوي الإعاقات الشديدة.
