Abstract

حظي موضوع المخاطر المهنية في الآونة الأخيرة أهمية بارزة في مجالات العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، باهتمام العديد من المفكرين، إذ تُسبب المخاطر المهنية حوادث وأمراضًا مهنية للعمال. كما أحاول تشخيص الواقع الفعلي لهذه الدراسة، موضوعها مديرية الأشغال العامة بولاية الطارف، وقد تناولنا هذا الموضوع من الجانبين النظري والميداني.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير المخاطر المهنية على الصحة النفسية للعامل. وقد تم اختيار إدارة استغلال وصيانة شبكات الطرق بمديرية الأشغال العامة بالطارف مجالًا للدراسة الميدانية. وبناءً على ذلك، تبلورت مشكلة الدراسة: ما تأثير المخاطر المهنية على الصحة النفسية للعامل بمؤسسة الأشغال العامة بالطارف؟ للإجابة على هذا السؤال، قُسِّم إلى الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: كيف تؤثر حوادث العمل على الصحة النفسية للعاملين في مديرية الأشغال العامة بالطرف؟ كيف تؤثر الأمراض المهنية على الصحة النفسية للعاملين في مديرية الأشغال العامة بالطرف؟ لدراسة الموضوع وفهم جوانبه كافة، تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من الأسس المنهجية، واعتماد المنهج الوصفي، واستخدام عدد من أدوات جمع البيانات، أبرزها الاستبيان، للإجابة على مشكلة الدراسة. تم اختيار عينة قصدية، مكونة من 30 عاملاً في إدارة استغلال وصيانة شبكات الطرق بمديرية الأشغال العامة بالطرف، وذلك من خلال التواصل مع جهات عملهم والإجابة على الاستبيان. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: يتعرض العمال لحوادث عمل تؤثر على صحتهم النفسية نتيجةً للأخطاء التي يرتكبونها عند استخدام الآلات بشكل غير صحيح، كما يقومون بأعمال ميدانية شاقة تُعرّضهم لمخاطر تُؤدي إلى الإرهاق والاكتئاب والتعب. يُعاني العمال من أمراض مهنية نتيجةً للظروف المادية المحيطة بالعمل الميداني، كالضوضاء العالية والغبار. كما تُسبب درجات الحرارة المرتفعة اضطرابات نفسية، مثل: قلة الانتباه والتركيز، مما يُؤدي إلى الشعور بالضيق.

The topic of occupational hazards has recently gained prominent importance in the fields of social and human sciences and has attracted the attention of many thinkers, as occupational hazards cause occupational accidents and occupational diseases for workers. I also try to diagnose the actual reality of this study, the subject of the study in the Public Works Directorate in the state of Al-Tarf, and we have dealt with this topic from The theoretical and field aspects. The objectives of this study were to investigate the impact of occupational hazards on the psychological health of the worker. The Department of Road Network Exploitation and Maintenance in the Directorate of Public Works in El Tarf was chosen as a field for field study. Based on that, the problem of the study was crystallized: What is the impact of occupational hazards on the mental health of the worker in the Public Works Corporation in El Tarf? ? To answer this question, it was divided into the following sub-questions: •How do work accidents affect the mental health of workers in the Al-Tarf Public Works Directorate? •How do occupational diseases affect the mental health of workers in the Al Tarf Public Works Directorate? In order to study the subject and understand all its aspects, reliance was placed on a set of methodological foundations, adopting the descriptive approach and using a number of data collection tools, most notably the questionnaire, in order to answer the problem of the study. A purposive sample was chosen, consisting of 30 workers in the Department of Road Network Exploitation and Maintenance in the Public Works Directorate. Al-Tarif, by contacting their workplaces and answering the questionnaire. The study led to the following results: •Workers are exposed to work accidents that affect their psychological health due to the mistakes they make when using machines incorrectly, and they perform arduous field work that exposes them to dangers that lead them to exhaustion, depression, and fatigue. •Workers suffer from occupational diseases due to the physical conditions surrounding field work, such as loud noise and dust. Extreme temperatures also cause psychological disorders such as: lack of attention and concentration, which leads to feelings of distress.
