Abstract

:هدفت الدراسةالى تحديد متطلبات التحول الرقمي في الخدمات البنكيةالجزائرية مع الاخذ بتجربة الامارات أنموذجا، ولقد تم ذلك من خلال التطرق الى الاطار االمفاهيمي للتحول الرقمي كانواستاتيجياته، ثم التعرض الى الخدمات البنكية ومظاهرها، فضال عن حتليل جتربة الامارات واسقاط أر النموذج االمارايت على الواقع اجلزائري الستنباط املتطلبات الكفيلة بتحقيق حتول رقمي انجح يف جمال الخدمات البنكية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نجاح التحول الرقمي في الخدمات البنكية الجزائرية يستلزم توفير بنية تحتية رقمية كما متطورة، وتاطير قانوني وتنظيمي ملائم، إلى جانب تاهيل الموارد البشرية عن طريق التكوين المستمر. أبرزت الدراسة أهمية الاستفادة من التجربة الاماراتية التي جمعت بين التكنولوجيا الحديثة والدعم الحكومي لتحقيق تحول رقمي بنكي ناجح ومستديم. The study aimed to identify the requirements for digital transformation in Algerian banking services, using the experience of the United Arab Emirates as a model. This was achieved by addressing the conceptual framework of digital transformation and its strategies, then examining banking services and their manifestations, as well as analyzing the UAE’s experience and projecting the pillars of the Emirati model onto the Algerian context to derive the requirements necessary for a successful digital transformation in banking services. The study concluded that the success of digital transformation in Algerian banking services requires the provision of advanced digital infrastructure, appropriate legal and regulatory frameworks, and the

development of human resources through continuous training. The study also highlighted the importance of benefiting from the UAE’s experience, which combined modern technology with governmental support to achieve a successful and sustainable digital transformation in the banking sector
