Les principaux motifs de consultations pour cause chirurgicale chez les chats et chiens au niveau de trois clinique veterinaire Algerienne

Abstract

Résumé Ce travail présente les résultats d’une étude descriptive portant sur les principaux motifs de consultation pour cause chirurgicale chez le chien et le chat au niveau de trois cabinets vétérinaires Algériens. L’objectif de cette étude est de décrire la diversité des cas rencontrés et leur prise en charge au sein de structures vétérinaires localisées dans trois wilayas : Annaba, El Tarf et Mascara. L’étude s’appuie sur l'analyse de cas cliniques variés dont le recensement des actes de chirurgie de convenance. Les données ont été recueillies à l’aide de fiches cliniques détaillant le signalement de l’animal (âge, race, sexe, poids), l’aspect clinique, ainsi que les protocoles thérapeutiques et opératoires mis en oeuvre. Les résultats montrent que les interventions liées au système urogénital occupent une place prédominante dans l'activité chirurgicale de ces régions. Les procédures de diagnostic et les techniques opératoires ont été saisies, analysées et comparées aux données bibliographiques actuelles. Ce travail pourrait être poursuivi en élargissant l'échantillon à d'autres disciplines chirurgicales et en augmentant le nombre de structures partenaires sur le territoire national. Mots-clés : Chirurgie vétérinaire, Chien, Chat, Appareil génital, Pathologies chirurgicales, Annaba, El Tarf, Mascara. ملخص يقدم هذا العمل نتائج دراسة وصفية حول الأسباب الرئيسية للاستشارات الجراحية لدى الكلاب والقطط على مستوى ثلاثة عيادات بيطرية جزائرية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى وصف تنوع الحالات السريرية التي تمت مواجهتها وطرق التكفل بها داخل هياكل بيطرية تقع في ثلاث ولايات هي: عنابة، الطارف ومعسكر. استندت الدراسة إلى تحليل حالات سريرية متنوعة، بما في ذلك حصر عمليات الجراحة الاختيارية. جُمعت البيانات باستعمال استمارات سريرية مفصلة تضمنت معلومات تعريفية بالحيوان )العمر، السلالة، الجنس والوزن(، والمظاهر السريرية، إضافة إلى البروتوكولات العلاجية والجراحية المطبقة. أظهرت النتائج أن التدخلات المرتبطة بالجهاز البولي التناسلي تحتل مكانة بارزة ضمن النشاط الجراحي في هذه المناطق. كما تم تسجيل إجراءات التشخيص والتقنيات الجراحية وتحليلها ومقارنتها بالمعطيات المرجعية الحديثة. ويمكن مواصلة هذا العمل مستقبلاً من خلال توسيع حجم العينة لتشمل تخصصات جراحية أخرى وزيادة عدد الهياكل البيطرية المشاركة على المستوى الوطني . الكلمات المفتاحية: الجراحة البيطرية، الكلب، القط، الجهاز البولي التناسلي، الحالات الجراحية، عنابة، الطارف، معسكر Abstract This study presents the results of a descriptive investigation on the main reasons for surgical consultations in dogs and cats in three Algerian veterinary clinics. The objective of this study was to describe the diversity of clinical cases encountered and their management within veterinary facilities located in three provinces: Annaba, El Tarf, and Mascara. The study was based on the analysis of various clinical cases, including the recording of elective surgical procedures. Data were collected using detailed clinical records describing the animal’s characteristics (age, breed, sex, and weight), clinical findings, as well as the therapeutic and surgical protocols implemented. The results showed that interventions involving the urogenital system represented the predominant surgical activity in these regions. Diagnostic procedures and surgical techniques were recorded, analyzed, and compared with current literature data. This work could be further developed by expanding the sample to include other surgical disciplines and by increasing the number of participating veterinary facilities across the country.
