التعليم الالكتروني و دوره في تجويد التعليم الجامعي دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بالطارف

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التعليم الإلكتروني ودوره في تحسين وتطوير التعليم الجامعي بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، جامعة الشاذلي بن جديد بالطارف، حيث تمحورت الإشكالية حول دور التعليم الإلكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وضرورة مواكبة التطور المعرفي في جميع المجالات، وإحداث نقلة نوعية في الأهداف، وتجاوز النقائص التي تعاني منها مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، وصممنا استبانة كأداة للدراسة، لغرض جمع المعلومات والبيانات الأولية، والتي تضمنت 22 سؤالاً، وتألف مجتمع الدراسة من 479 طالباً وطالبة، موزعين على عينة من طلاب العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، والتي قُدرت بنحو 60 طالباً وطالبة للدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: للتعليم الإلكتروني دورٌ هام في رفع جودة العملية التعليمية. دعم جميع المؤسسات التعليمية بوسائل وتقنيات التعليم الإلكتروني لنشر الثقافة التقنية وإنشاء مجتمع إلكتروني قادر على التعامل مع جميع التقنيات الحديثة. استجابة مؤسسات التعليم العالي لهذا النوع من التعليم أصبحت ضرورةً ملحةً، لا سيما في المؤسسات التعليمية الجزائرية، والاعتماد عليه بدلًا من أساليب التعليم التقليدية في ظل الجائحة التي مر بها العالم أجمع. اعتماد مؤسسات التعليم العالي على الوسائل والمواقع الإلكترونية التعليمية. للتعليم دورٌ في رفع جودة التعليم الجامعي. اكتساب الأساتذة والطلبة والطالبات المعارف والمهارات بأساليب تقنية متطورة وحديثة. إحداث تغييرات في الإطار التعليمي والانتقال من التعليم التقليدي إلى التعليم الإلكتروني أو التعليم عن بُعد. مواكبة عصر المعلومات وتكنولوجيا التعليم الحديثة.

The study aimed to identify e-education and its role in improving and improving university education at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, University of Chadli bin Jadid in El Tarf, where a problem centered on the role of e-learning in higher education institutions, and the need to catch up with knowledge development in all fields as well as to make a qualitative leap of quality in objectives, and to overcome the shortcomings experienced by university educational institutions. To achieve the objectives of the study, it relied on the descriptive approach and the analytical method, and we designed a questionnaire as a tool for the study, for the purpose of collecting information and primary data, which included 22 questions and the study population consisted of 479 male and female students distributed to a sample of students of social sciences and humanities, which was estimated at 60 students for the study. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: * E-learning has an important role in raising the quality of the educational process. * Supporting all educational institutions with the means and techniques of e learning to spread a technical culture and create an electronic community capable of dealing with all modern technologies. * The response of higher education institutions to this type of education has become an imperative, especially in Algerian educational institutions, and reliance on it instead of traditional education methods at the time of the pandemic that the whole world has gone through. Reliance of higher education institutions on educational means and websites * Education has a role in raising the quality of university education. * Teachers, students and students acquire knowledge and skills in advanced and modern technical ways. * Making changes in the educational framework and moving from traditional education to e-learning or distance education. Keeping abreast of the information age and modern educational technology.
