Valorisation de HUILE VEGITALE DE LA REGION DE EL TAREF

Abstract

RESUME L’oléastre et l’olivier sont des taxons séparés d’après les botanistes. L’oléastre (Olea europaea subsp. Europaea var. sylvestris) est la forme sauvage ancêtre de l’olivier, il est localisé tout autour du Bassin méditerranéen en forêt d’oléastres. Permettant le maintien de la biodiversité, il est aussi considéré comme un moyen de lutte contre l’érosion et les incendies. Présent isolé ou en populations, il régresse du fait de l’anthropisation des milieux. Toute terre ayant un climat méditerranéen peut accueillir l’olivier. Il est essentiellement cultivé pour ses fruits et son huile. L'huile d'oléastre est une huile riche en vitamine E et en polyphénols. Elle est utilisée dans les préparations pour lutter contre les signes de l'âge, protéger et nourrir la peau, ainsi que pour apporter force et brillance aux cheveux. Elle est également un ingrédient traditionnel des liniments. C’est dans cette optique que notre travail a été initié dans la région de Bouteldja pour l’extraction de l’huile d’oléastre (façon traditionnelle) puis la préparation d’une crème et d’un sérum anti-âge. Le rendement en huile est de 1,25%. The oleaster (Olea europaea subsp. europaea var. sylvestris) is the wild ancestor form of the olive tree, it is located all around the Mediterranean Basin in oleaster forests. Allowing the maintenance of biodiversity, it is also considered as a means of combating erosion and fires. Present isolated or in populations, it is declining due to the anthropization of environments. Any land with a Mediterranean climate can accommodate the olive tree. It is mainly cultivated for its fruits and its oil. Oleaster oil is an oil rich in vitamin E and polyphenols.
