Abstract
تعالج هده الدراسة الموسومة ب وسائل الاتصال الحديتة وعلاقتها بالمشكلات الاجتماعية لدى دوي الاحتياجات الخاصة -الانترنت نمودجا باعتبار ان هده الفئة حساسة ومن حقها العيش الكريم واعطائها حقوقها من اجل الاندماج في المجتمع حيت انهم يعانون من مشكلات لا تعد ولا تحصى فبعد المشاكل الصحية نجد ان المشكلات الاجتماعية من ابرز العوائق التي تواجههم في حياتهم اليومية ومن خلال هده الدراسة سعينا الى التعرف على علاقة وسائل الاتصال الحديتة بالمشكلات الاجتماعية لدى دوي الاحتياجات الخاصة -الانترنت نمودجا- وقد انطلقت هده الدراسة من السؤال المركزي التالي -ماهي علاقة وسائل الاتصال الحديتة بالمشكلات الجتماعية لدى دوي الاحتياجات الخاصة His study is described as "the modern means of communication and its relation to the social problems of people with special needs" "Internet model" As this group is sensitive and has the right to live a decent and give them their rights to integrate into society as they suffer from countless problems after the health problems, we find that social problems are the most important obstacles in their daily lives. Through this study we sought to identify the relationship of modern means of communication to social problems of people with special needs "Internet model". This study was launched from the following central question: What is the relationship of modern means of communication to social problems among people with special needs? Below are the following sub-questions: Do modern means of communication cause social problems for people with special needs? Is there a connection between modern means of communication and the emergence of fear and violence among people with special needs? How do modern means of communication contribute to reducing the social problems of people with special needs? The aim of this study was to find out the relationship between the modern means of communication and the social problems of people with special needs by identifying the problems that face this group in general and social in particular in an attempt to develop the appropriate solutions and linking them to modern means of communication. . In order to achieve these objectives, the study relied on the analytical descriptive method through the distribution of the forms to the educators and teachers of the school of the hearing impaired in Bam Mehdi. The sample of the study consisted of 28 items and the form consisted of 40 axes. After the distribution of the questionnaire to the respondents, we retrieved and unloaded the data and concluded our study with a number of results obtained from the field study, the most important of which are: That the modern means of communication is related to the social problems of people with special needs. This is manifested in the lack of adequate equipment and scientific means and the lack of availability to the special needs of people with special needs to facilitate the use in addition to not get enough space in modern means of communication to communicate their voice and change the negative perception seen And they do not suffer from any fear, violence or anxiety caused by modern means of communication, and through our field study, the research community we conducted the study do not use the Internet during their presence in the institution only rarely because they are forbidden to use The Internet only monitor teachers taking into account their own sensitive and yo
