Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role played by investment funds in revitalizing the stock market, as it is an important investment channel that contributes to attracting local and foreign capital by accumulating the savings of those with limited resources, large investors, and experienced and management By the technical and specialized department. The best evidence of this is the experience of the Saudi stock market for the period from 2015- 2022, which succeeded in attracting Saudi, Arab and foreign funds to invest in securities through investment funds, which contributed to providing a suitable environment for development and growth. Thus the flow of funds into the market which had a positive effect on market capital, trading volume and market val- ue, which supports the Saudi economy. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور صناديق الاستثمار في تنشيط سوق الأسهم، باعتبارها قناة استثمارية مهمة تُسهم في جذب رؤوس الأموال المحلية والأجنبية من خلال تجميع مدخرات ذوي الموارد المحدودة، وكبار المستثمرين، وذوي الخبرة والإدارة الفنية والمتخصصة. وخير دليل على ذلك تجربة سوق الأسهم السعودية للفترة من 2015 إلى 2022، التي نجحت في جذب صناديق استثمارية سعودية وعربية وأجنبية للاستثمار في الأوراق المالية من خلال صناديق الاستثمار، مما ساهم في توفير بيئة مناسبة للتطور والنمو، ومن ثم تدفق الأموال إلى السوق، مما كان له أثر إيجابي على رأس المال السوقي وحجم التداول والقيمة السوقية، مما يدعم الاقتصاد السعودي.
