Suivi d’un élevage de poulet de chair dans la wilaya de Skikda

Abstract

Résumé Dans le présent travail nous avons réalisé un suivi d’élevage de poulet de chair durant un cycle complet d’un jour jusqu’à l’abattage au sein de l’unité d’engraissement publique et économique de poulet de chair société des abattoirs de l’est, de Ben Azzouz wilaya de Skikda appartenant au complexe avicole ORAVIE ( Office régionale de l’aviculture de l’est ). Un suivi d’élevage basé sur l’évaluation des performances zootechniques dans les élevages de poulet de chair, les résultats obtenues sont un taux de mortalité dans le normale, poids vif d’une moyenne de 2700 g, une consommation d’environ 5.25 kg/ individu. Le niveau de ces performances est presque proche à la performance standard de la souche Cobb 500 en question. Mots clés : poulet de chair, performances zootechniques, élevage Abstract In this work we have conducted a follow-up of broiler rearing during a full one-day cycle up to slaughter within the public and economic broiler chicken fattening unit of meat slaughterhouse company of the east, of Ben Azzouz wilaya of Skikda belonging to the poultry complex ORAVIE ( Regional Poultry Office of the East ). A follow up of breeding based on the evaluating of the zootechnical performance in the broiler farms, the results obtained are a mortality rate in the normal, live weight of an average of 2700 g, a consumption of about 5.25 kg/ individual. The level of these performances is almost close to the standard performance of the Cobb 500 strain in question. Keywords: broiler chicken, zootechnical performance, breeding. ملخص لقد قمنا في هذا العمل بمتابعة تربية الدجاج خلال دورة كاملة من وقت ادخاله فرخ عمره يوما واحداً حتى الذبح, و هدا على مستوى وحدة تسمين الدجاج العامة و الاقتصادية التابعة لشركة مذابح لحوم الشرق ببن عزوز ولاية سكيكدة التابعة لمجمع الدواجن * المكتب الاقليمي لتربية الدواجن-شرق- *. و متابعة التربية بناء على تقييم العروض الفنية في مجال تربية الحيوانات في مزارع الدواجن. فإن النتائج المتحصل عليها, هي معدل وفيات في المعدل العادي, الوزن يبلغ في المتوسط 2700 غرام ، و استهلاك يبلغ نحو 5.25 كيلوغرام لكل فرد. ويقترب مستوى هذه العروض تقريبا من الأداء القياسي لسلالة كوب 500 المعنية. الكلمات الرئيسية: دجاج، أداء تقني حيوي، تربية.
