Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع التغيير التنظيمي وأثره على تحسين العملية الإدارية داخل المؤسسات في ظل بيئة أعمال ديناميكية ومتغيرة. تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل كيفية تأثير استراتيجيات التغيير التنظيمي على كفاءة وفعالية العمليات الإدارية، مع التركيز على التحديات التي تواجه تنفيذ التغيير مثل مقاومة الأفراد وكيفية التغلب عليها، كما تبحث الدراسة دور التغيير في تعزيز الابتكار وتحسين اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لجمع وتحليل البيانات، وخلصت النتائج إلى أن التغيير التنظيمي المخطط والمنفذ بشكل فعال يسهم في رفع كفاءة العمليات الإدارية، ويدعم قدرة المؤسسة على التكيف مع المتغيرات وتحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية، وتؤكد الدراسة أهمية إشراك الموظفين وتهيئة بيئة عمل مرنة لدعم نجاح التغيير، مما ينعكس إيجاباً على الأداء المؤسسي والقدرة التنافسية.

This study addresses the topic of organizational change and its impact on improving administrative processes within institutions operating in a dynamic and ever-changing business environment. The study aims to analyze how organizational change strategies affect the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative operations, with a focus on challenges faced during change implementation such as employee resistance and ways to overcome it. Additionally, the study explores the role of change in enhancing innovation and improving administrative decision-making. A descriptive and analytical methodology was used to collect and analyze data. The results indicated that well-planned and effectively implemented organizational change contributes significantly to increasing the efficiency of administrative processes, supports the institution’s ability to adapt to changes, and helps achieve its strategic goals. The study emphasizes the importance of employee involvement and creating a flexible work environment to support successful change, which positively reflects on institutional performance and competitive advantage.
