النظام القانوني لشركة المساهمة البسيطة في الجزائر

Abstract

إستحدث االمشرع الجزائري بموجب القانون رقم 22-9 المعدل والمتمم للقانون التجاري الجزائري نوعا جديدا من الشركات التجارية وسماه بشركة المساهمة البسيطة والذي حقق فيه انشاء هذا النوع من الشركات على المؤسسات الناشئة دون غيرها. يهدف ىذا البحث إلى دراسة النظام القانوني لتأسيس شركة المساهمة البسيطة من خلال إبراز ميزات وخاصيات هذه الشركة وشروط تأسيسها ومعرفة دور حاضنات الاعمال في ربط الجامعة بمحيطها الاجتماعي والاقتصادي The Algerian legislature by Act No 22-09 of 05/05/2020, amending and supplementing the commercial code, introduced a new type of business companies, it is called the «simple joint-stoch company», in which the establishment of this type of company was allocated to emerging institutions only. This research aims to study the legal system for estalalishing a simple joint stoch company, by highlighting the features and characteristics of this company, and the conditions for its establishment, and new the role of business incubators in linking the university to its social and economic nilieu.
