Conception et Mise en Place d’un Espace Numérique au Profit de la Communauté Universitaire

Abstract

Résumé L’université est un lieu catalyseur d’échange d’informations, de collaboration, de co-production du savoir, et d’interactions sociales. De nos jours, elle est soumise à de nouvelles contraintes de quantité, de diversité et de vitesse d’évolution des savoirs. Pour faire face à ces contraintes, la numérisation, devienne incontournable, constitue un concept fédérateur qui doit permettre de promouvoir l’enseignement universitaire en parallèle que les divers services administratifs. Cependant l’université algérienne n’utilise pas encore pleinement les opportunités que leur offrent les technologies de l’information et de la communication. L’université de demain s’invente aujourd’hui. À long terme, ce projet rentre dans le cadre d'une informatisation globale de l’Université Chadli Bendjedid El-Tarf (UCBET), afin d’accroître sa visibilité à l’échelle nationale et internationale et de réaliser un saut qualitatif dans le classement des universités. À court terme, afin de combler le défaut de communication dans la communauté universitaire, de promouvoir la collaboration, et “répandre l’information, le service et le savoir” nous proposons un portail exclusivement dédié aux acteurs (étudiants, enseignants et personnels administratifs). C’est un espace qui doit remplir des fonctions diverses et qui font particulièrement sens à l’université. Ce portail doté d’un système de recommandation propose du contenu et une porte d'entrée commune à un nombre croissant de fonctionnalités et de services numériques offerts par l’université The university is a catalyst for information exchange, collaboration, co-production of knowledge, and social interaction. To cope with these constraints, digitization, which has become unavoidable, is a unifying concept that must promote university education in parallel with the various administrative services. However, the Algerian university does not yet make full use of the opportunities offered by information technology and communication. The University of Tomorrow is invented today. In the long term, this project is part of a comprehensive computerization of the University Chadli Bendjedid El-Tarf (UCBET), to increase its visibility nationally and internationally and to achieve a qualitative leap in the ranking of universities. In the short term, in order to fill the communication gap in the university community, to promote collaboration, and "spread the information, service and knowledge" we propose a portal exclusively dedicated to the actors (students, teachers and administrative staff). It is a space that must fulfill various functions that make particular sense at the university. يتم اختراع جامعة الغد اليوم. على المدى الطويل، يأتي هذا المشروع ضمن رقمنة شاملة لجامعة شاذلي بن جديد الطارف (UCBET)، لزيادة ظهورها على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي ولتحقيق قفزة نوعية في تصنيف الجامعات. على المدى القصير، من أجل سد فجوة الاتصال في المجتمع الجامعي، وتعزيز التعاون، و"نشر المعلومات والخدمات ونقترح بوابة مخصصة حصريًا للجهات الفاعلة (الطلاب والمعلمين والموظفين الإداريين). إنه مساحة يجب أن تؤدي وظائف متعددة تكون ذات معنى خاص في الجامعة. توفر هذه البوابة، المزودة بنظام توصيات، محتوى ونقطة دخول مشتركة لعدد متزايد من الميزات والخدمات الرقمية التي تقدمها الجامعة.
