دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تطوير السلوك الابداعي للعاملين -دراسة حالة-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تنمية السلوك الإبداعي، وذلك من خلال دراسة عينة من 35 موظفًا في شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز. استُخدم استبيان لجمع البيانات من المجيبين، وحُللت هذه البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود مساهمة للثقافة التنظيمية وأبعادها، المتمثلة في القيم التنظيمية والسلوك التنظيمي والأدوات التنظيمية، في تنمية السلوك الإبداعي داخل الشركة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، منها تعزيز القواعد والانضباط داخل الشركة، وتوفير المزيد من التدريب للموظفين، وتقديم حوافز تشجع على السلوك الإبداعي. This study aims to uncover the role that organizational culture plays in developing creative behavior by examining a sample of 35 employees from the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company. A questionnaire was used to collect data from the respondents, and this data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Among the key findings of the study is that there is a contribution from organizational culture and its dimensions, represented by organizational values, organizational behavior, and artifacts, in developing creative behavior within the company. The study concludes with a set of recommendations, including enhancing rules and discipline within the company, providing more training for employees, and offering incentives that encourage creative behavior
