Abstract

يتناول هذا المذكرة صلاحيات المدعي العام في إطار قانون الإجراءات الجنائية الجديد رقم 25/14، الذي وسّع صلاحياته من الناحية النوعية؛ إذ يتمتع المدعي العام بموجب هذا القانون بسلطات تقديرية واسعة في مرحلتي ما قبل توجيه الاتهام وما قبل المحاكمة. The subject of This mémorandum is the powers of the public prosecutor withen the Framework of the new code of criminal procedure no 25/14 which expanded his powers qualitativey the public prosecutor possesses under this law broad descretionary powersin two stajes of pre-prosecution and pre- trial .
