Abstract

his study seeks to measure the role of institutional communication in alleviating organizational alienation, as one of the topics that has received great attention from many thinkers and researchers in several disciplines. The study began by asking the following main question: What is the role of institutional communication in alleviating organizational alienation in the Sonelgaz Corporation of El Tarf? Among the objectives of this study is to identify institutional communication and show its importance, shed light on organizational alienation, its causes and effects, and finally try to reveal the extent of the impact of institutional communication in alleviating organizational alienation among employees of the Sonelgaz Corporation in the state of El Tarf. We relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and this study was conducted on a sample of (30) individuals, and the questionnaire content was unloaded in the statistical program known as the SPSS program, and the following statistical tools were used: percentage frequencies, percentages, and standard deviation The arithmetic mean, Cronbach's alpha to study the stability of the questionnaire and its validity for the study, Pearson's correlation coefficient, in addition to simple linear regression to find out and test the study's hypotheses. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى قياس دور الاتصال المؤسسي في التخفيف من الاغتراب التنظيمي، باعتباره من المواضيع التي حظيت باهتمام كبير من قِبَل العديد من المفكرين والباحثين في مختلف التخصصات. انطلقت الدراسة بطرح السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما دور الاتصال المؤسسي في التخفيف من الاغتراب التنظيمي بشركة سونلغاز بولاية الطارف؟ ومن أهداف هذه الدراسة تحديد الاتصال المؤسسي وبيان أهميته، وتسليط الضوء على الاغتراب التنظيمي وأسبابه وآثاره، ومحاولة الكشف عن مدى تأثير الاتصال المؤسسي في التخفيف من الاغتراب التنظيمي لدى موظفي شركة سونلغاز بولاية الطارف. اعتمدنا على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وأجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (30) فردًا، وتم تفريغ محتوى الاستبانة في البرنامج الإحصائي المعروف ببرنامج SPSS، واستخدمت الأدوات الإحصائية التالية: التكرارات المئوية، والنسب المئوية، والانحراف المعياري، والمتوسط ​​الحسابي، وألفا كرونباخ لدراسة ثبات الاستبانة وصلاحيتها للدراسة، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، بالإضافة إلى الانحدار الخطي البسيط لمعرفة واختبار فرضيات الدراسة.
