Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role of e-management in the development of the quality of administrative services in the organization. In order to achieve this goal, a field study was carried out on a sample of employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Institution in el taref where it was relied on as a tool for collecting data by distributing it to a sample of 32 Staff, and in this study we adopted the statistical program SPSS to analyze questionnaire data. We also relied on descriptive statistical analysis through which a number of results were reached, the most important of which is electronic management, which has a role in developing the quality of administrative services (planning, organization, leadership, oversight).تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تطوير جودة الخدمات الإدارية في المؤسسة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، أُجريت دراسة ميدانية على عينة من موظفي مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالطارف، حيث تم الاعتماد عليها كأداة لجمع البيانات من خلال توزيعها على عينة مكونة من 32 موظفًا، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لتحليل بيانات الاستبيان. كما اعتمدنا على التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي، والذي تم من خلاله التوصل إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تطوير جودة الخدمات الإدارية (التخطيط، التنظيم، القيادة، الرقابة).
