Extraction et dosage des alcaloïdes totaux d’une plante médicinale par l’utilisation d’un support solide de caractère acide «Thapsia gargarica»

Abstract

Résumée L'objectif principal de cette étude consiste à extraire et doser les alcaloïdes totaux présents dans une plante médicinale appelée "Thapsia garança L". Après la récolte, le séchage et le broyage de la plante, une quantité élevée d'alcaloïdes totaux a été découverte dans l’échantillon, correspondant à une concentration de 35%. Ce résultat a également été confirmé par le dosage indirect des alcaloïdes totaux dans les différents échantillons. La présence d'alcaloïdes, ainsi que d'alcaloïdes phénoliques, dans les extraits végétaux préparés a été validée à l'aide de trois tests phytochimiques. Abstract The main objective of this study is to extract and quantify the total alkaloids present in a medicinal plant called "Thapsiagarança L". After harvesting, drying, and grinding the plant, a high amount of total alkaloids was found in the sample, corresponding to a concentration of 35%. This result was also confirmed using the indirect dosage of total alkaloids in the different samples. The presence of alkaloids, as well as phenolic alkaloids, in the prepared plant extracts was validated using three phytochemical tests. Key words: Thapsia garganica, Total alkaloids, extraction, dosage, phytochemical tests. ملخص الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو استخلاص وتحديد إجمالي القلويدات الموجودة في نبات علاجي يُسمى "بونافع''، تم اكتشاف كمية عالية من القلويدات الكلية في العينة التي كان تركيزها 53 ٪. تم تأكيد هذه النتيجة أيضًا عن طريق المعايرة غير المباشرة للقلويدات الكلية في العينات المختلفة. تم التحقق من وجود القلويدات، بالإضافة إلى القلويدات الفينولية، في المستخلصات النباتية المحضرة باستخدام ثلاث اختبارات فيتوكيميائية. الكلمات المفتاحية:البونافع , القلويدات الكلية , الاستخلاص , المعايرة, اختبار كيميائي.
