السجل التجاري الورقي والإلكتروني في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن السجل التجاري يعتبر من الركائز الأساسية التي يتم من خلالها ضبط المعاملات التجارية،حيث يتم من خلاله تدوين جميع البيانات المتعلقة بالتاجر )شخص طبيعي أو معنوي (وبالتالي يمكن للغير الإطلاع عليها وذلك لتحقيق مبدأ الائتمان والثقة بين المتعاملين ، وتتم هذه العملية لدى المركز الوطني للسجل التجاري، والتي يترتب عن الإخلال بها العديد من الآثار و الجزاءات قانونية،ويوجد للسجل التجاري نوعان هما سجل التجاري الورقي والسجل التجاري الالكتروني الذي تم استحداثه مؤخرا ضمن ما يسمى بالإدارة الإلكترونية.
