تأثير القدرات الاستراتيجية على البراعة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

Abstract

This study aims to identify the extent of the impact of strategic capabilities on organizational prowess, by relying on a sample of workers in some communicative institutions in El Taref state. The modelling was based on structural equations using the partial squares method, where the questionnaire was distributed to communicative institutions, the study sample n=31, the questionnaire was analysed using Smart PLS software. It had concluded that strategic capabilities have a weak Impact on organizational buds, so it is suggested that these institutions pays more attention to developing their capabilities and capabilities. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تأثير القدرات الاستراتيجية على الأداء التنظيمي، بالاعتماد على عينة من العاملين في بعض المؤسسات الاتصالية بولاية الطارف. واعتمدت النمذجة على المعادلات الهيكلية باستخدام أسلوب المربعات الجزئية، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على المؤسسات الاتصالية، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 31 فردًا، وتم تحليل الاستبيان باستخدام برنامج Smart PLS. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن القدرات الاستراتيجية ذات تأثير ضعيف على العاملين في المؤسسات، لذا يُقترح أن تولي هذه المؤسسات اهتمامًا أكبر بتطوير قدراتها وإمكاناتها.
