Abstract

Islamic Banking in Algeria: Reasons of Transition and the Requirements for Success Abstract: Islamic banking is characterized by its Shari'ah rules, diversified financing modalities, objective criteria and others characteristics not available in other conventional financing systems, as well as the achievements of Islamic banks, the size of its operations, the increasing number of depositors and its spread all over the world. The principles and the rules of Islamic finance confirm that they could generally finance the real needs a non-inflationary financing to promote stability and consolidate sustainable economic development. Therefore, this study comes to shed light on the subject of the transformation to Islamic banking in Algeria from various aspects, starting with its reasons, types, sources and the Shari'ah judgment of transformation. It also aims to identify the main reasons and motives for the transformation process, in addition to the main conditions and requirements for the success of the transition to Islamic banking in Algeria الصيرفة الإسلامية في الجزائر: أسباب التحول ومتطلبات النجاح. ملخص: تتميز الصيرفة الإسلامية بقواعدها الشرعية، وتنوع أساليب تمويلها، ومعاييرها الموضوعية، وخصائص أخرى لا تتوفر في أنظمة التمويل التقليدية الأخرى، بالإضافة إلى إنجازات البنوك الإسلامية، وحجم عملياتها، وتزايد عدد المودعين، وانتشارها في جميع أنحاء العالم. وتؤكد مبادئ وقواعد التمويل الإسلامي قدرتها على تمويل الاحتياجات الحقيقية عمومًا بتمويل غير تضخمي، بما يعزز الاستقرار ويدعم التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة. لذلك، تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على موضوع التحول إلى الصيرفة الإسلامية في الجزائر من جوانب مختلفة، بدءًا من أسبابه، وأنواعه، ومصادره، والحكم الشرعي للتحول. كما تهدف إلى تحديد أهم أسباب ودوافع عملية التحول، بالإضافة إلى أهم شروط ومتطلبات نجاح التحول إلى الصيرفة الإسلامية في الجزائر.
