Essai d’inoculation des champignons mycoriziens arbusculaires chez la fève dans la station de Bougous au niveau de la Wilaya d’El Tarf (Nord-Est Algérien)

Abstract

Résumé Dans le cadre de notre étude, nous nous sommes proposés d 'etudier la relation entre la féve (Vicia faba(L.)) et la symbiose mycorhizienne dans la station Bougous (W.d'El Tarf,Nord-est Algérien )en annalysant le sol ,en estimant la diversité des champignons mycorhiziénnes . Les résultats obtenus ont été les suivantes : - Le sol est texture limoneuses-argileuses avec PH acides . - La féve est mycorhizée et noudulée dans le sol de cette station . -Les racines sont colonisées par les endomycorhizes à arbuscules et vésicules . Mots clés : Vicia faba(L.) –Mycorhizes –Champignon –Symbiose –Bougous Abstract As part of our study, we proposed to study the relationship between the bean (Vicia faba (L.)) and the mycorrhizal symbiosis in the Bougous station (W.d'El Tarf, Northeast Algeria) by analyzing the soil, by estimating the diversity of mycorrhizal fungi. The results obtained were as follows: The soil has a silty-clayey texture with acid pH. - The broad bean is mycorrhizal and nodulated in the soil of this station. - The roots are colonized by endomycorrhizae with arbuscules and vesicles.
