| dc.description.sponsorship | Conflicts are an organizational phenomenon that prevails in different institutions or organizations in particular, and this is due to cultural, social, economic and political changes, and the increasing information, communication and technology revolution that characterizes our current era, so it is not possible for there to be social relations under one organizational structure dominated by understanding and consensus, and this It is expressed as negative conflicts that occur between workers, and this does not mean that the organizational conflict is limited to the side only the negative ones, but there are also positive conflicts, which in turn intervene in the administration with a set of certain methods to manage them in a way that serves the organization and its goals. Therefore, our study is designed to reveal the impact of the organizational conflict on the professional stability of the employees of the University Services Directorate - Al-Taref A set of sub-questions were taken to the field to answer them: 1- Does failure to participate in the decision-making process negatively affect the professional stability of directorate employees? University services? 2- How are organizational conflicts reflected on professional stability within the University Services Directorate? 3- Are the job differences a factor in creating the phenomenon of absenteeism in the University Services Directorate? We divided the study into four chapters, in which we dealt with: The first chapter: In it we discussed the problematic and the formulation of the study questions, the reasons for choosing the topic and its importance, The objectives of the study, and defining the concepts of the study, previous studies, the method used for the study, data collection tools. As for the second chapter: It is devoted to a talk about organizational conflict in terms of its importance and causes, levels and types, manifestations, functions and stages, results, organizational mechanisms and methods of dealing with it, the most important theories explaining organizational conflict. As for the third chapter: We dealt with occupational stability in terms of the implications associated with it, its importance, factors, and aspects Occupational stability, then manifestations of occupational instability, occupational stability theories.
