اثر تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة على امتلاك الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة

Abstract

This study aims to search for ways to achieve competitive advantage in Algerian Companies, depending on the total quality management system. This stydy used the descriptive analytics approach, as 100 questionnaires were distributed to Patients of Ammar Bouzid El Kala Hospital in order to know the role of total quality management in achieving competitive advantage, and some statistical methods available were used to answer the problem of the study and test its hypotheses. The study concluded that there is an impact of total quality management practices in achieving competitive advantage in the BOUZID AMMAR EL KALA HOSPITAL . The study also recommended that the total quality management system should be valued by Companies in a fast and dynamic world in order to gain a competitive advantage, which is considered a winning card for the Companies تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن سبل تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الشركات الجزائرية بالاعتماد على نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة. واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم توزيع 100 استبيان على مرضى مستشفى عمار بوزيد القالة لمعرفة دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، كما تم استخدام بعض الأساليب الإحصائية المتاحة للإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير لممارسات إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مستشفى عمار بوزيد القالة. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تقييم الشركات لنظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة في ظل عالم سريع وديناميكي لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية، والتي تُعتبر بمثابة ورقة رابحة للشركات.
