Abstract

This study aims to try to find the relationship between information and communication technology and the decision-making process in Algeria Telecom Corporation, El Tarf Agency, where the descriptive analytical approach was used to suit the purposes of the study. (30) analytical forms were retrieved, as a number of statistical tests were used to prove the research hypotheses using the spss program. This study reached a set of results, including: There is a statistically significant relationship between information and communication technology and the decision-making process in the institution under study, The use of information and communication technology applied in the institution facilitated the process of transferring information between the Directorate and the divisions تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة إيجاد العلاقة بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وعملية اتخاذ القرار في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر (وكالة الطرف)، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لأغراض الدراسة. تم استرجاع (30) استمارة تحليلية، كما تم استخدام عدد من الاختبارات الإحصائية لإثبات فرضيات البحث باستخدام برنامج spss. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، منها: وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وعملية اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وأن استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات المطبقة في المؤسسة سهّل عملية نقل المعلومات بين المديرية والأقسام.
